Setting Up
POSSOFT is Windows based software package that will run on most Windows versions, POSREADY, Win 7, Win 10, Win 11
Complete the download and open the file. You will be presented with 7 install options:
- Restaurant,
- Pizza Bar/Manoosh
- Café,
- Liquor Store,
- Grocery Store,
- Fruit Shop
- Barber

Yes, there are integrations such as TAB Square AI Online and QR Code ordering systems, EatApp, ClickSend SMS, Tyro Eftpos and many others
All software purchases come with a 45 minute “Lets Get Trading “ Basic training and Onboarding/Project Management call so you will be up and running in no time. Additionally, we have a short series of videos with all the basic functions you will need to get operating just in case you forget or feel confident enough to DIY. Additional On-Site , Installation Advanced Project Management Packs are also available. Feel free to call and discuss with any of our account managers. Sometimes it’s much easier to talk to a real person.

Software Updates
Updates are recommended for additional Features and fixes however are optional by request.
All software updates are FREE and all your paid services will remain and continue.
Payment Processing
POSSOFT can integrate to most providers and Banks our recommendations are in the following order:
- POSSOFT PAY
- TYRO
- WESTPAC with SPICE
- CBA with SPICE
- Any other Linkly terminal (Most Banks)
Selling
Your Back Office Reports will have a complete history of all Item and Store Sales through a magnitude of reports. As you can imagine, eventually it will weigh your system down. Therefore, we created a simple Purge and recovery data system built into your POSSOFT System.
Licensing
Yes, licences are transferable from POS to POS or if you sell your business. Same terms will apply. A small $75 transfer fee will apply.

A technician is generally always available in case of an emergency, but response times will vary. However, it’s important to note, running a report or showing you a feature is NOT an emergency and some issues may not or cannot be addressed remotely, so we urge you to be prepared with a manual system, just in case. The good news, it rarely happens and we generally repair within a one hour time frame.
Data and Security
Your POSSOFT software is a locally run product so not as easily susceptible to online hackers. All online data is encrypted and there are backup facilities built into your Back Office operations to keep your data backed up onto a USB or external device.
The Back Office Panel has Backup and restore facilities built in.
